BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Meet Stella.

Stella is a beautiful 5-year-old female Pitbull mix who has been in the care of Women’s Animal Center for over two years now making her one of the shelter’s longest residents.

She’s energetic, playful, and friendly, and loves being around human companions because they provide her with plenty of pets and love.

Sometimes when she’s really excited, Stella zooms through the shelter play yards and loves rolling around in the grass. Stella’s former owner adored his pup but sadly had to surrender her when assigned for extended active duty serving our country.

Beautiful Stella continues to patiently wait for a new family to give her a second chance at a loving forever home. Stella would do best in a home with no other pets but is open to meeting older kids
