Bucks Co. Woman Still Missing More Than 1 Week Later, Cops Say

Heather Brophy, 34, has been missing since Feb. 5. She may be in the Washington Crossing area, police said.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police say a 34-year-old Levittown woman remains missing more than a week later. Heather Brophy has been missing since Tuesday, Feb. 5. Last week, police issued a statement saying she may be in the Washington Crossing area.

Middletown Township Police Detective Lieutenant Steve Forman said the investigation to locate Brophy remains active. "At this time there are no indications that any harm has come to her," Forman said.

Forman noted police will continue to work the investigation until she is located, returns on her own accord or all leads are exhausted.

Brophy and her vehicle have been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).

"I am optimistic she will be located by police or will return on her own," Forman said.

Brophy is described as having blonde hair and blue eyes. She stands 66 inches and weighs about 175 pounds. Authorities do not know what kind of clothing she was last wearing. She drives a 2014 white Toyota Corolla with PA tag JLM9459.
