State Road To Shut Down Over Flooding Concerns
With winter storms in the forecast, the road in Bensalem will be closed between Street Road and American Drive.

BENSALEM, PA — Part of State Road in Bensalem will be shut down on Sunday over concerns about flooding from the winter storms forecast for this weekend.
State will be closed between Street Road (Rt. 132) and American Drive on Sunday at midnight, PennDOT announced Friday. It will remain closed until officials determine the pavement is safe for vehicles.
During the around-the-clock closure, drivers on State Road will be detoured onto Street Road, U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) and Station Avenue. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone in the area.
