BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Last year, it was Hurricane Ian. This year, it's Tropical Storm Phillipe.

The festival will still be held from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bensalem Township Municipal Complex at 2400 Byberry Rd.

Hurricane Ian pushed the festival back a week last year where township officials decided that the rain date would also be a washout.

This year's festival includes a free concert at the Penn Community Bank Amphitheater and fireworks. The Bachelor Boys Band will perform hits from the 1960s, 1970s, and beyond.
