During her presidency, Fuller initiated the expansion of humane education programs and was a driving force behind the organization’s move to Bensalem in 1994.

She was also instrumental in the development of a new state-of-the-art facility for the center's education programs, animal shelter, adoption center, and veterinary hospital.
