FREAKY FRIDAY (FIRST FRIDAY)

WHERE/WHEN: Third and Fourth Streets, SouthSide Bethlehem Friday, 6 - 10 p.m.
WHY GO: You don’t have to totally freak out, everything you love about First Friday will still be going on—great art, music and performances at the shops and galleries on the Southside. Enjoy the 15^th anniversary celebration at the Maze Garden with DJ ARM-18, the Indie Mart, the zombified windows of MVMNT and the Day of the Dead celebration at .

OKTOBERFEST (ARTSQUEST)

WHERE/WHEN: Steel Stacks Campus, 101 Founders Way, South Side Bethlehem, Friday & Saturday noon – midnight and Sunday noon – 9 p.m.
WHY GO: The German Festival at the Steel Stacks enters its second weekend of beer drinking, polka dancing and Bavarian style food. Don’t miss out on the fun under Yuengling Festhalle tent.

DEATH AND DYING CEMETERY TOUR (HISTORIC BETHLEHEM PARTNERSHIP)

WHERE/WHEN: 505 Main Street, Bethlehem, Friday & Saturday, 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, 3 p.m.
WHY GO: Do you dare take the only cemetery tour in Bethlehem that takes participants through the 1741 Gemeinhaus, Corpse House and the 18^th century dead tray, a slab where Moravian’s placed the dead as they awaited burial? Learn about the medical, funeral and burial practices of the Moravians and finish the tour in God’s Acre, Bethlehem’s oldest cemetery.

HISTORIC HAUNTS OF DOWNTOWN BETHLEHEM (MORAVIAN BOOK SHOP)

WHERE/WHEN: , 428 Main St., Bethlehem, Saturday, 6:30 p.m., tours run every 15 minutes with the last tour departing at 7:45 p.m.
WHY GO: Bethlehem is haunted. Take the candle-lit tour and find out what apparitions roam the Downtown. This guided tour through the dark streets will reveal the paranormal activity in Historic Bethlehem.

6^th ANNUAL BETHLEHEM HARVEST FESTIVAL (GREATER LEHIGH VALLEY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE)

WHERE/WHEN: Main Street, Bethlehem, Saturday, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
WHY GO: Sample beer, wine and hearty soups crafted by your favorite restaurants in Downtown Bethlehem. Kids activities, an open air market, craft vendors, grape stomping and even a pie eating contest make this affordable family fun.

LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCES FRIDAY AND SATURDAY (GODFREY DANIELS)
