Allentown Man Pleads Guilty to Diamonz Murder

As part of plea, Velez must testify against co-defendant, whose trial begins next week.

An Allentown man has admitted his role in a 2007 robbery and murder outside of a West Bethlehem nightclub and has agreed to testify against his co-defendant, according to this story in The Morning Call.

Dennis Velez, 28, of Allentown, has pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. He faces between 20 and 40 years in prison.

Under the terms of the plea deal, he will testify against , 31, of Brooklyn, N.Y., who allegedly fired the fatal shot that killed Debra Robberson, 45, of Hereford, Berks County, in the parking lot of , a gay bar on W. Broad Street.
