
GIANT Food Stores has completed major remodels of its stores located at 801 South 25th Street in Easton and 2100 West Union Boulevard in Bethlehem. The stores underwent three-month remodels to provide customers with an expanded product selection and features for a more convenient shopping experience.
“By remodeling our Easton and Bethlehem stores we are able to provide our customers with new state-of-the-art shopping amenities and an enhanced variety of product selection to meet their needs,” said Rob Augustine, district director.
Easton and Bethlehem customers will find key departments such as produce, deli, meat, and bakery have been freshened with new décor and fixtures. Other departments such as dairy and frozen foods have been expanded. Easton customers will also find additional seating in the Wifi Café.

The award-winning Shopping Solutions kiosks have been added to both stores, allowing customers to use the interactive touch-screen to check personalized BonusCard savings offers, print off coupons, locate an item in the store, and place a deli or Great Entertaining party tray order. Customers also have more than 2,500 tasty recipes at their fingertips that can be printed directly from the Shopping Solutions kiosks.
With an eye on energy conservation, LED lighting was newly installed in many areas of the stores, including overhead track lights, spotlights on specialty areas & displays, exterior store signs and in the frozen food cases. LED lights are longer-lasting and are expected to reduce wattage by half.

The Easton GIANT was built in 2005, and the Bethlehem location has been in existence since 2003. Both stores are open twenty-four hours daily.
