Local Cleaning Company Runs Toys for Tots Drive

Beginning November 1st, four local Maids franchises will be running their second annual Toys for Tots Drive to donate Christmas presents to children whose families are less fortunate. The Maids, a national home cleaning service, will be accepting new, unwrapped toys at participating locations until December 14th. The involved franchises are located in Medway, MA, West Warwick, RI, Bethlehem, PA, and Hamden, CT.

Each of the participating locations will have a donation station in their offices (open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and encourage employees, business partners, and community members to support the drive. The Maids makes it especially simple for their clients to donate. Donations may be left on the kitchen counters of client’s homes for pick up during regularly scheduled cleanings.

“It truly is the most rewarding action to help a child. This is one of my favorite charities that we support,” says Jena Touray, VP of Operations at the Maids of Medway. “Last year our Connecticut and Rhode Island branches did considerably well. We hope this year we can get even more donations at all of our branches.”
