On May 30, Ryan Serhant, one of New York’s top residential brokers, will bring his big city negotiating savvy and a touch of glamour to Bethlehem for a fun and informative evening. Serhant and his business partner, Nick Jabbour, will share industry trends, career challenges, and pathways to success in real estate and real life.
The event, presented by the Lehigh Valley Association of REALTORS®, is open to the public with paid registration. A Manhattan-themed cocktail party will follow Serhant’s talk.

Ryan Serhant is an Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Nest Seekers International, one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in New York City. He stars on Million Dollar Listing New York, a docu-series airing on BRAVO that follows him as he sells luxury homes in Manhattan. The show’s new season will launch on May 8. Despite a challenging environment, Serhant has sold and closed nearly $500 million since beginning his career in high-end New York real estate four years ago.
