Bethlehem City Basketball Courts Closed Temporarily

In addition, the City strongly recommends that you DO NOT use the playground equipment as it poses an increased risk of spreading the virus.

March 31, 2020

Due to the increased number of positive cases of COVID-19 in both Lehigh and Northampton Counties, the City, in an effort to promote safety and public health, has either removed or secured the basketball rims in our parks on a temporary basis. In addition, the City strongly recommends that you DO NOT use the playground equipment as it poses an increased risk of spreading the virus. If you choose to utilize our parks during these challenging times, please practice the social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC. Thank you for your cooperation as we strive to keep everyone safe in our recreational areas in the City.
