BHHS Fox and Roach HomExpert Report for November in the Lehigh Valley

Property sales in the Lehigh Valley area during November of 2014 decreased 5.8 percent from the same month the previous year.

According to a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach HomExpert Market Report, there were 502 properties that closed in November, compared with 502 from the year before. In November of 2012 that number was 513.

The median price of the properties that did sell in November of 2014 increased 3 percent over the same period in 2013, from $165,000 to $169,950. In October 2012, the median price was $162,000.

The average days on the market decreased by 13.3 percent from 83 to 72 days between November 2013 and November 2014, respectively.
