Chesterbrook Academy Campers Donate to Alex’s Lemonade Stand
Campers sold lemonade and baked goods to raise funds and awareness for childhood cancer
Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Emrick Boulevard in Bethlehem recently raised $1,630 to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, a childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research, supporting families and raising awareness to help cure childhood cancer. To raise money for the organization, campers hosted a lemonade stand and bake sale for fellow campers, families, staff and teachers. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping children in need.
