Chesterbrook Academy Campers Donate to Pajama Program

Campers collected 20 pairs of pajamas and 20 books for local children in need

Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool on Township Line Road in Bethlehem recently donated 20 pairs of pajamas and 20 books to the Pajama Program, which offers at-risk children the unconditional, magical gifts of pajamas and books so that they can enjoy the greatest benefit of a loving bedtime and peaceful good night. Campers held a pajama and book drive for children who benefit from the program. At the end of the collection, campers helped organize the donations for delivery. The donated items were delivered to New Bethany Ministries, which is a local facility that provides transitional housing for families, as well as emergency shelter services. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping local children in need.
