The hot dog cart, which operates on W. Fourth Street Monday through Saturday, is currently the only street vendor in the city.
Easy Weenies owner Chris Morales argued that his business depends on late-night clientele, which consists of late-night bar patrons and third-shift workers. Council voted unanimously to grant him an exception to the law to operate until 4 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
