City Issued 122 Building Permits in January

The city of Bethlehem issued 122 building permits in January including ten for small projects at the .

Permits granted to Sands Bethworks Gaming LLC include the following work:

• Constructing a bus waiting area at the casino
• Outfitting a Live Nation ticket sales booth
• Installing a fire alarm for the
• Installing a sign for the new Chico’s women’s clothing story at the
• Building a food staging area for conference rooms

Permits for other projects include:

• Repairing damage caused by vehicle impact at on Easton Avenue
• Removing brick from a wall at Bethlehem National Bank on Third Street
• Constructing a 16-by-22-foot pole barn at 530 Third Avenue

Dozens of the permits issued are for remodeling and repair projects on private homes.
