City Yard Waste Sites Open Through Weekend
Compost center and temporary dumping site at Theis/Cornfeld open today and Sunday.
The temporary yard waste dumb site in the lot behind Theis/Cornfeld Recycling Center, 635 Illick’s Mill Road, will remain open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 5 and 6 for residents clearing their yards of debris left from last weekend’s winter storm.
In addition, Bethlehem Compost Center will offer extended hours 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 4 to 7 at the facility, 1480 Schoenersville Road.
Tree limbs, branches and leaves will be accepted. Grass, sod and tree stumps will not be accepted.
