Hunt for History: Reflecting Rainbows

Participants will learn about Louis Comfort Tiffany, the American stained glass designer, and explore his multiple works of art. Through a hands-on presentation about stained glass windows, lamps, mosaics, and blown glass, children will realize how light and color work together to create beautiful designs—and no two glass pieces are ever the same. Each participant will also make a one-of-a-kind faux glass creation to take home and “catch the light.”
