Inner Strength Fitness Studio is NOW OPEN in Bethlehem, PA. We will be having our grand opening on March 29, 2014 between 8am -12pm. Classes will be offered at 8 and 9 am for adults and at 11am we will hold a kids class. Sign Ups in advance are recommended. First come first serve. If you don't want o join us for a class on that day please just stop in and say hi!
