HISTORIC HOTEL BETHLEHEM TO HOST FALL BOURBON DINNER IN 1741 ON THE TERRACE
Executive Chef Michal Adams will pair his fresh and imaginative cuisine with a variety of bourbons in a four-course dinner.

No matter if they prefer it neat, on the rocks, or mixed, whiskey lovers will enjoy Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s Fall Bourbon Dinner on Wednesday, November 19 at 6:30 p.m.
Executive Chef Michal Adams will pair his fresh and imaginative cuisine with a variety of bourbons in a four-course dinner in the hotel’s 1741 on the Terrace restaurant. The dinner will feature guest speaker Rodney Leitzel of Capital Wine and Spirits, who will introduce each course along with Chef Adams to explain the pairings.
An accomplished 30-year veteran in the Wine and Spirits industry, Leitzel is responsible for promoting the extensive Bourbon and Craft Spirit portfolio for Capital Wine and Spirits. He is a Certified Wine and Spirits Specialist by the AWS, and an accredited Journeyman Spirits Educator by the Charmer Sunbelt Group.
