Wine newbies and wine aficionados alike will discover new wines in a series of winter wine classes during January, February at March at Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Each class features a different theme such as sparkling wines, or wines from specific countries or continents.
Terry Balent from Southern Wine & Spirits will provide descriptions for each wine along with explanations on why he selected it for pairing. The hotel’s Executive Chef David Troxell will pair each wine with tasting-sized food samples. (Food pairings for the February and March wine classes will be announced later this month.)
Classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and last between 1 and 1.5 hours. The classes are $30 each or $125 for all five. For more information or to register, please contact the Historic Hotel Bethlehem at (610) 625-2219.
