Holy Infancy Bash Attempts to Break World Record

Ninety-nine people dressed as skeletons in an attempt to break the world record for the most people dressed as skeletons in one place.

Nearly 100 people, little and big, dressed as skeletons for the Holy Infancy School Halloween bash Saturday evening in South Side Bethlehem.

Though the 99 was just half of the 198 that would have been necessary to break the world's record for the largest number of people dressed as skeletons in one place, no one seemed to mind. A crowd of about 200, bony and otherwise, mingled happily, consuming sugary treats aptly decorated for the season, while dancing, playing, and just generally enjoying the party.

Organizers said the party was a hit, and they may try again next year for the world record.
