This is for the novice canner. It is an introduction to canning that is designed
to lead in to our Preserving our Heritage canning workshops. We will cover
proper canning procedure and canning equipment. $15.00 fee is due at the
time of the class. Class is limited to 15 people. The class is from 10:00 to 12:00
