Road Closures For Week Of September 6 In City Of Bethlehem

The City's Streets Bureau will be repaving Monocacy Street starting Tuesday (9/7/21) between Union Blvd and Goepp Street.

A contractor will be working for the City to continue to make repairs on the 8th Avenue bridge between the northbound 378 ramps and Martin Court. The work will take place from 7pm – 6am starting Tuesday night (9/7/21) and is projected to take 3-4 additional nights. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction; however, lanes will be shifted overnight. The road will be opened up during the day (6am-7pm).

The City’s Streets Bureau will be repaving Monocacy Street starting Tuesday (9/7/21) between Union Blvd and Goepp Street. The road will be closed between 7am and 3pm, with local access only to businesses.

The work is expected to occur every day next week into the following week, depending on weather.
