Traditions of Hanover named Caring Super Star by Caring.com
Caring.com released its annual Caring Stars 2022 list naming the best senior living communities in the nation, according to consumers.
Traditions of Hanover received Caring.com’s Caring Super Stars award for service excellence in senior living, earning this notable award five times.
The retirement living community is considered a Caring Super Star because it has earned the Caring Stars award for 2022, plus two or more additional years.
The Caring Stars award is based on consumer ratings and reviews; Traditions of Hanover has consistently received positive reviews and high ratings.

Traditions of Hanover is only one of two senior living communities in Northampton County to receive this distinguished award and one of 439 senior living communities nationwide.

To be considered for the Caring Stars 2022 list, senior living communities must have met the following criteria:
- 10 or more published reviews on their Caring.com profile by Oct. 15, 2021
- An overall average rating of 4.5 stars or higher
- Three or more published reviews from Oct. 15, 2020, through Oct. 15, 2021, with at least one of the recent reviews being a 5-star review and one or more published in 2021
- Public-facing responses to any 1-star or 2-star negative reviews
In addition to the above qualifications, Caring conducts a reviews-integrity audit and takes quality-assurance measures for every finalist’s directory listing, including the use of available licensing and inspection reports on state agency websites.
