Valley Preferred's Heilman Named Wellness Coach

Valley Preferred, a leading preferred provider organization aligned with Lehigh Valley Health Network, has appointed Kacie Heilman, ACE, GEI, as wellness coach of Valley Preferred’s BeneFIT corporate health education and wellness program.

Heilman, of Quakertown, will be responsible for providing telephonic and on-site Wellness Coaching to employees of Valley Preferred–BeneFIT clients on topics of prevention, healthy eating, managing stress, readiness to quit smoking, physical activity, and healthy weight maintenance. Her coaching services will target healthy and low-risk employees to help empower them to maintain or improve their health and prevent further health risks and disease.  

Heilman has a bachelor of  science degree in kinesiology, movement science and applied fitness from the Pennsylvania State University. She is also an ACE-certified fitness instructor and personal trainer with additional certifications in pre/post-natal exercise, cycling, yoga, and mat pilates.
