• Continued evidence of rodent activity found during Berks food safety and restaurant inspections (readingeagle.com) — Recent Berks County food safety inspections found two Birdsboro businesses with violations: Crow Wagon on Cacoosing Lane still shows signs of rodent activity, and La Familia Mexican Restaurant on West First Street logged five sanitation and equipment issues. Most other inspected facilities countywide, including nearby Boyertown and Douglassville spots, were in compliance or had minor problems corrected on the spot.
