• Boone Girl Scouts paint school mural for Bronze Award project (readingeagle.com) — Local Girl Scouts from Daniel Boone Troop 1052 just refreshed the faded U.S. map mural at Daniel Boone Intermediate Center, a school serving many Birdsboro-area families. The 11-year-olds planned the Bronze Award project themselves, secured donated materials, and spent windy days learning spray-paint skills, teamwork, and leadership while creating a colorful outdoor learning spot for younger students.
