• Early-Morning Fire Damages Vacant Home in College Township (statecollege.com) — Boalsburg Fire Company joined Alpha and Undine crews to battle an early-morning blaze that damaged a vacant home on Matilda Avenue in nearby College Township. Firefighters spent more than three hours overcoming difficult hoarding conditions inside before fully extinguishing the basement fire, which remains under investigation by the Centre Region fire marshal.
