(crimewatch.net) — Brookhaven-area families will recognize the crossing guards thanked by Nether Providence Township Police, especially those stationed at Brookhaven Road and at Brookhaven and Providence roads. Chief David Splain praised their relationships with children and their role in keeping routes to local schools safe, as guards reflect on heartfelt notes from students and look forward to returning next school year.
