• Pittsburgh fire chief under investigation failed to regularly file financial disclosures (triblive.com) — Pittsburgh’s longtime fire chief is on paid leave amid an internal investigation, and records show his consulting company lists an address in the city’s Brookline neighborhood. Officials say he failed to consistently file required financial disclosure forms, and state ethics authorities note missing or incomplete filings can trigger civil penalties. City leaders have not yet disclosed what exactly the investigation is examining.
