• Mechanical Failure Causes Vehicle to Plunge Down Embankment, Strike Tree in Oliver Township (gantnews.com) — A Brookville man walked away uninjured after his SUV lost a wheel, sending him down a steep embankment and into a tree in Oliver Township. State Police say the mechanical failure on East Branch Road disabled the vehicle, which had to be towed, but seat belt use helped prevent injuries.
