• West Earl seeking grants to aid in replacing snowplow truck and playground equipment (lancasteronline.com) — West Earl Township supervisors, meeting at the Brownstown township building, are seeking major state grants to replace a snowplow truck and upgrade playground equipment and walking paths at West Earl Community Park. They also approved fund transfers to cover a water tower mixer replacement and general park maintenance, and set their next public meeting for Oct. 12 in Brownstown.
