Tara comes to Baldwin from Florida, where she was a Major Gifts Officer at the Broward College Foundation. While there, she built relationships with major gift prospects and collaborated with the board of directors, faculty, and staff to implement effective solicitation strategies. Prior to that position, Tara worked for more than six years at The Shipley School, first as the Assistant Director of Annual Giving and then as the Director of Parent Giving. During her tenure at Shipley, Tara was responsible for developing a robust and successful alumnae and parent giving program that included the management of numerous volunteers. “I am immensely excited to join the Baldwin family and am eager to get to know all members of the community, including alumnae and parents,” says Stitchberry. “I’m looking forward to developing and expanding the programs that will enable community members to feel more connected to the School.”
