Possible Burglary Reported In Bryn Mawr: Cops

A woman reported seeing a man creeping past her bedroom door at about 3 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23.

BRYN MAWR, PA – A woman in Bryn Mawr reported a possible burglary attempt to police after seeing man creep past her bedroom door during early morning hours of Sept. 23, according to Radnor Police.

Police said at about 2:48 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23 they responded to the 800 block of Glenbrook Avenue in the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor for a report of a possible burglary in progress.

The caller told police she saw a white male walk past her bedroom door that night, police said.

The man was described as a tall white male in his 20s and was possibly wearing a red shirt at the time, police said.

Police said they did find a back door unlocked, but found no signs of a forced entry into her home.

Police are reminding residents to lock all doors and windows at all times.

Anyone who see suspicious activity in the township, or has information on this possible burglary attempt, is urged to call 911 or Radnor Police at (610) 688-0503, police said.
