Blotter: Cecil Police Charge Texas Man With DUI

Erickson Lee Ponce was jailed briefly before posting $2,500 straight bond.

Cecil Township police on Friday charged a Sugarland, Texas, man with driving under the influence.

Erickson Lee Ponce, 39, was arraigned early Friday morning before district Judge Jay Weller.

Ponce was briefly remanded to the Washington County Jail before posting a $2,500 straight bond.

His preliminary hearing is scheduled before district Judge Valarie Costanza on Oct. 17.
