Blotter: DUI Arrests Made in Cecil

Cecil Township police are investigating three incidents.

Cecil Township police responded to three separate DUI-related incidents within the past week, Lt. Shawn F. Bukovinsky.

Saturday – At 11:16 p.m., police received a report of a Buick driving erratically. At 11:23 p.m. the officer located the vehicle driving southbound along state Route 980. Police said the driver, Donald McRae, 53, of McDonald, will be charged with driving under the influence.

Sunday – An officer pulled over a Chevy Lumina at 2:33 a.m. for failing to dim its  lights along the 800 block of Morganza Road. Upon stopping the vehicle, the officer suspected the driver, Lauri Drewecki, 43, of Bridgeville, of driving under the influence. She was given a breathalyzer and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said.

Tuesday – At 1:11 a.m. a Kia Sportage was pulled over for moving violations and suspected DUI. The driver, Leslie Didion, 54, of Canonsburg, was arrested for DUI pending the results of a breathalyzer, police said.
