Blotter: Fight Breaks Out, Vehicle Damage Reported

Police charged two after a fight was reported at Guntown Beer early Monday.

charged a man and a woman following a report of a fight at Guntown Beer on West Pike Street early Monday morning.

Police said "there were people everywhere" when officers arrived on scene just before 1:30 a.m. Monday.

A manager at Guntown beer told police that a Christmas party was being held there for employees of Frankie I's when Jessica Neal allegedly tried to walk out with a 12-pack of beer.

When a bartender attempted to stop her, Neal's boyfriend, Joseph Sanpietro reportedly started a fight, police said.

Canonsburg police charged Sanpietro with harassment. Neal was charged with theft.

The charges will proceed by summons.

Property Damage Reported

Jill Lauricia of East Pike Street told Canonsburg police Sunday that someone damaged her fence during a vehicle crash at some point over the past week.

Vehicle Damage Reported

David Barthelmes of Giffin Avenue told Canonsburg police on Saturday morning that someone had struck his work truck, causing scratches and dents to the right front side. The mirror was also knocked off, he said.
