The purpose for this BLOG/VLOG is simple: to educate potential property buyers and sellers.  How will I choose my topics?  I will gladly take questions from anybody.  I will also discuss different situations I have been through in the past or something that just recently happened.  I will also discuss "how-to" type situations that come up in a transaction.
