The book was a fun, fun read, just at a time when I needed a little brain candy. The first two books have an irresistable Joie de vie as you follow the adventure of self-discovery and expanding horizons of Lauren and Elorie...two modern women with two diverse backgrounds.

Lauren is urban, and has no interest or connection to magic until Internet friends find her and help her find the magic within. Elorie lives immersed in nature and a witching community, but always thought she was a non-witch alone in the middle of it all. She too goes on a journey of self-discovery when a new type of modern, technology type of magic is found.
It is a little bit Harry Potter for Geek Moms, but being a Harry Potter fan and science geek-mom I got to love that!
