Struggling With Your New Year's Resolutions? Your Library Can Help!
Whether you vowed to improve your diet, learn a new skill, exercise more, or do something else entirely, odds are that the Library can help!

If you need a little assistance sticking to your New Year's Resolutions, the Frank Sarris Public Library is the place to go.
Do you want to improve your diet or reduce your debt? Perhaps you're interested in learning about being more eco-friendly or acquiring a new skill? We've got books—not apps—for that!
If getting in shape was one of your resolutions, not only can you find dozens of books on the subjects of exercise and fitness (use either of those terms for a keyword search of the catalog), you can also come in to the library to enjoy the company of others with a similar goal.
A Kettlelates exercise class will be held from 11 a.m to noon on Mondays, Feb. 13 through April 2. At each class, 30 minutes will be spent with the Russian-inspired bells, followed by Pilates and yoga. Please call Nancy at 888-733-7375 for registration, pricing and additional information.
Additionally, Community College of Beaver County is offering a variety of indoor exercise programs.

Classes begin on Feb. 9 for Best Body Pilates and Cardio Kettle bells and if you missed registering for Nancy Griffin's first session (it began Feb. 3), there's no need to panic—you'll have a second chance to learn from this All-American Pilates Golf instructor (PGA National resort) and author.
The second session of Ms. Griffin's class will begin March 9 and, like the first, will share ways to increase your distance, add power and play at a higher level.
