The Young Adult Library Services Association has proclaimed March 4 through 10 to be Teen Tech Week, but what, exactly, does that mean?  According to the ALA (American Library Association), "the purpose of the initiative is to ensure that teens are competent and ethical users of technologies, especially those that are offered through libraries".
