Canonsburg Roadwork Planned
Repairs to three borough roads to begin within the next few weeks.

Borough Engineer Harvey Treschow announced Monday that construction is expected to begin within the next few weeks on Woodland Road, Alpine Drive and Crosby Drive, according to borough manager Terry Hazlett.
Protech Asphalt was the low bidder on the project, at $68,078.90.

Pennsylvania American Water is also to begin repair work on North Jefferson Ave. early in July.
The work was postponed so it will not interfere with the July 4 activities planned in the borough.

The water company is currently repairing Peco Street, Second Avenue and Beau Street.
