Cecil Man's Pregnant Ex-Girlfriend Charged With Arson
The charges stem from a residential fire in the township on Saturday.

The pregnant ex-girlfriend of a Cecil Township man whose home caught fire Saturday was charged Wednesday with two counts of arson.
Cecil police said that David Scharf, 40, of 223 McConnell Road, had broken up with Hong Pham, 33, of Monroeville and had dropped off some personal belongings to her workplace early Saturday—items including baby clothes and a bouncy chair.
said that Pham later went to Sharf’s residence and set fire to a diaper box, baby clothing and other items the man had dropped off.

Police said Pham, who is reportedly four-months pregnant, set the fire on the back patio of Scharf’s home.
Pham was arraigned Wednesday before district Judge Valarie Costanzo and remanded to the Washington County Jail on a $25,000 percentage bond.
