Community Health and Safety Fair Announced (And You're Invited)

State Reps. Jesse White and Brandon Neuman, along with state , the American Red Cross and The Washington Hospital, are hosting their annual Community Health and Safety Fair this week.

The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at Washington Crown Center, 1500 W. Chestnut St., Washington.

Representatives from nearly 100 local, county and state organizations will be available to answer questions and provide information on various issues related to the health and safety of the community. 

Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program applications, PACE/PACENET prescription-drug coverage applications and assistance with state Department of Transportation processing also will be available.
