County Man Charged With Rape of a Child

A Donora man was remanded to Washington County Jail on Tuesday after Donora police charged him with rape of a child and other charges—while his wife was jailed for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse to a person younger than 16.

Both Damien Milchak, 30, and Anastasia Milchak, 29, remained in the Washington County Jail early Wednesday after being unable to post $100,000 bonds.

Online court records show that police also charged Damien Milchak with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, endangering the welfare of children and corruption of a minor.

Donora police also charged Anastasia Milchak with endangering the welfare of children.

Online obituary records show that Anastasia Milchak—for whom the Washington County Jail lists an alias of Anastasia Hibbs—is related to , an Eighty Four man who was ordered to stand trial on an attempted homicide charge for allegedly trying to shoot his wife, Anna Hibbs, in December.
