Cowden and Casciola Win in Cecil
Incumbent Kevin Camerson, who lost Tuesday said, "The voters made their choice. What else is there to say?"

Incumbent Tom Casciola and newcomer Elizabeth Cowden won six-year terms in .
Casciola, a Democrat, received 36 percent of the vote.
Cowden, a Republican, received almost 35 percent of the vote.

"I feel like the voters have spoken," Cowden said Tuesday night, saying she was "humbled. They wanted a change and I hope to live up to their expectations."
She added: "I wanted to win and set out to win, but I hate to see anyone lose."

Incumbent Kevin Camerson lost his seat with 29 percent of the vote.
"The voters made their choice," he said. "What else is there to say?"
Casciola did not immediately return messages seeking comment.
