Crest Vue Project in Southpointe II Moving Forward
Cecil Township supervisors this week approved the site plan for the office building.
Board of Supervisors on Monday approved a site plan for the Crest Vue Development—a five-story, multi-tenant office building planned for Southpointe II.
Representatives from Gateway Engineers presented supervisors with renderings of the building, which will be 152,000 square feet situated on a 10.3-acre site.
The development includes 556 parking places.
