Felony Counts Withdrawn; Man Waives Drug Charge

Felony drug charges were withdrawn Thursday against a borough man arrested following

Matthew DiTullio, 25, of 229 Barr St., then waived a lesser charge of drug possession to court.

Canonsburg police had charged him with drug possession, drug possession with the intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy. Court officials said there was insufficient evidence to warrant the more serious charges.

Mark said DiTullio, who has been in Washington County Jail after being unable to post bond, was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.
