FYI: Neuman Hosting Free Living Wills Workshops for Seniors

, D-North Strabane, will host two Older and Wiser workshops for older adults and their families to learn more about living wills and other topics important to seniors.

Both workshops will be held from 10 a.m. to noon—with the first held Thursday, Oct. 27 at the Frank Sarris Public Library in Canonsburg, and the second on Friday, Oct. 28 at the Citizens Library in Washington.

Washington County attorney Susan Key, of the law firm Peacock Keller, will present Protection Through Powers of Attorney and Living Wills.

Attendees will learn about general powers of attorney and health-care powers of attorney; how powers of attorney are to be used; recent changes in state law that affect who can make health-care decisions for others; and living wills.
